1. To Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
Airport shuttle
- S$5 one way · S$8 return (promo, sold only at the ferry terminal counters)
- Daily 09:00–19:45, no service 14:30–16:45
- About 15 minutes
- Tickets at the Ground Transport Concierge (T1, T2, T4) or cityshuttle.com.sg
Taxi or Grab
- About 15 minutes from Changi Airport
- Easiest with luggage or in a group
Taking the 08:10 ferry? The airport shuttle doesn’t start until 09:00, so take a taxi or Grab to the terminal (about 15 minutes).
2. The ferry to Bintan
Bintan Resort Ferries sails from Tanah Merah to Bandar Bentan Telani (BBT). Times are local: Singapore departures in Singapore time, Bintan departures in Bintan time, which is 1 hour behind. The crossing takes about an hour, so you arrive at about the same clock time you left.

3. From the terminal to Doulos Phos
Doulos Phos
The ship is about a 2-minute drive from BBT, or a 5-minute walk. The hotel runs a shuttle between the terminal and the ship. Please contact the hotel in advance to arrange your pick-up.

- Complete the All Indonesia arrival card online before you arrive
- Visa: some nationalities can enter visa-free (for example ASEAN passports). Others can get the 7-day Riau Islands Visa on Arrival (IDR 250,000) at the Bintan ferry terminal. Please check the rules for your nationality on the official website before you travel.

- Returning to Singapore? Submit the SG Arrival Card within 3 days before arrival

About the reunion
Who is invited to the reunion?
The reunion is primarily for former MV Doulos crew members who served between 2004 and 2010, together with their spouses and children.
When and where will the reunion take place?
We’ll reunite aboard Doulos Phos (formerly MV Doulos) in Bintan, Indonesia, from 13 to 16 July 2027 (4 days, 3 nights).
Why are we organising another reunion?
After the wonderful reunion in Mosbach, Germany, in October 2026, we’d love to bring our Doulos family together again — this time aboard the very ship we once called home!
What will the programme include?
We’re still working on the programme, but we’re hoping for plenty of fellowship, worship, shared memories, and time to reconnect. More details will follow.
Preliminary registration
What is preliminary registration?
Preliminary registration helps us estimate how many people are seriously interested in attending. It also helps us negotiate arrangements with Doulos Phos and plan accommodation and activities.
It is not an official booking and does not guarantee a cabin.
Is there a deadline for preliminary registration?
Preliminary registration closed early on 30 October 2026 because we’ve already reached the ship’s capacity. Former Doulos crew (2004–2010) who haven’t pre-registered yet can register from 9 November 2026.
Do I need to pay anything when submitting preliminary registration?
No. Preliminary registration is free and does not require payment.
I filled in the preliminary registration. Is that a booking?
No. The preliminary registration only helped us estimate numbers. To book a cabin, please also fill in the official registration form.
What happens after I submit the form?
Your booking request goes to Doulos Phos. Within 48 hours they’ll email you to confirm whether your cabin is available, with your Confirmation Letter, invoice and payment details. Please check your spam/junk folder too! You can see every step on the Booking page.
Can I register if I didn’t do the preliminary registration?
Yes! Former Doulos crew (2004–2010) who haven’t pre-registered yet can register from 9 November 2026, together with their spouses and children. Cabins go in the order deposits are confirmed, so the earlier the better.

The menu is arranged by Doulos Phos and may change slightly. What’s served on board is final.
Can I choose my cabin or share with another former crew member?
The standard package is a Deluxe Plus cabin shared by two adults, or a Family Suite for two adults and one child. You can upgrade to an Executive Suite, Balcony Suite or Family Balcony, subject to availability. You can see the cabins on our The Ship page.
Is there a limit to how many people can attend?
Yes. Doulos Phos has an approximate maximum capacity of 200 guests. Cabins go in the order deposits are confirmed, so please register and pay your deposit early.

Travel & logistics
How do I get to Doulos Phos?
One option is to fly to Singapore and take a ferry to Bintan, Indonesia. Please see our Getting there page for more information.
Will I need a visa to enter Indonesia?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and passport. Please check our Resources page for useful links to official Indonesian visa and immigration information.
Should I book my flights now?
The dates are set: 13–16 July 2027. We recommend waiting until Doulos Phos has confirmed your booking before making non-refundable travel arrangements.
Can I arrive earlier or stay longer?
Yes, but extra nights (arriving earlier or staying longer) are not included in the reunion package. Please email Doulos Phos directly to ask about availability and the price: Mr. Andri Haris, sm@doulosphos.com.

Is official booking open?
Yes, official booking has begun! 🎉
If you pre-registered, you should already have received an email with your booking link (please check your spam/junk folder too). Please book and pay your deposit by 8 November 2026.
Former Doulos crew (2004–2010) who haven’t pre-registered yet can register from 9 November 2026.
Will I pay the organisers or the hotel?
You pay Doulos Phos directly, and your invoice comes from Doulos Phos. The Line-up Team never collects or handles any money.
Will I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due by 31 January 2027, and the remaining 50% by 5 July 2027. The payment instructions are in the invoice Doulos Phos emails you.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable, so if you decide to cancel, it cannot be refunded.
Doulos Phos’s booking terms also say:
- Changes to dates or number of people are allowed with at least 21 days’ notice before arrival.
- Within 21 days, a one-time postponement of up to 3 months is allowed, with at least 7 days’ notice.
- Someone else can take over your booking, with written notice to the hotel.
- No-shows pay the full amount.
